All sails are subject to weather
Full-price ticket holders receive a full refund and discount ticket holders receive a rain check upon cancellation by the captain for weather
Charters or groups can schedule anytime during the season with a down payment; down payments are not refundable for charters
Gift certificates are not refundable for cash
