Planning a sailing trip for your family and friends? Opt for the beautiful sails from Treasure Coast Sailing Adventures. Each of our three sails is 1.5 to 2 hours long. Frequently Asked Questions
What to wear?
Casual, comfortable clothing. If it is is chilly, bring a jacket. If it is hot, bring sunscreen.
Is there a bathroom?
Yes, there is a modest, electric marine head aboard all our boats
What will I see?
While sailing we often see the local dophin, many birds including types of herons, bald eagles, ospreys, and diving birds. Since we are sailing on the river, there are many lovely landscapes to see as well. Bring you binoculars!
What do I bring?
Lite snacks and drinks, comparable to the number in your party. Binoculars for viewing wildlife, sunscreen, and hat.
Where do I sail on a public charter?
St. Lucie River, which is part of the Okeechobee waterway, about 12 nautical miles from the inlet. Since it is connected to the Ocean, we are sailing in brackish water and see dolphin, manatee, and sea birds.
Will I get seasick?
We have never had anyone get seasick. We sail in the river and are in constant view of the land.
Are there life jackets?
Yes--We have all the required safety gear.
Are there limitations on age?

Where do I park?
The marina has a parking lot, but it can be crowded during season. We provide parking infomation with your booking.
The second parking lot by the Shepards Park Playground and Seawall if boarding at Shepards Park.
